This Report covers activities between November 2019 and October 2020 given the Commission’s vote to approve the Report at its November 2020 meeting (such that the Report does not include Commission actions at its November 23, 2020, regular public meeting). This Report satisfies the Commission’s statutory reporting obligations. See DC Code § 1-309.10(j)(1) (providing that each Commission may file an annual report with the Council and the Mayor for the preceding fiscal year), (n-1) (providing that each Commission shall publish an annual report summarizing its activities over the preceding 12 months).
