1) Call to Order & Roll Call
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Commissioner Brenda Parks, Chair (ANC 4B04 Commissioner), presiding. It was held in the community room at the Metropolitan Police Department’s 4th District Station, 6001 Georgia Avenue, NW. Present were Commissioners Evan Yeats (4B01), Erin Palmer (4B02), Scot Knickerbocker (4B03), Brenda Parks (4B04), Perry Redd (4B05), Tiffani Nichole Johnson (4B06), Geoff Bromaghim (4B07), Alison Brooks (4B08), and LaRoya Huff (4B09).

3) Consideration and Approval of Agenda
Commissioner Bromaghim moved to approve the agenda, as amended (adding Letter Regarding ANC 4B Support for Naming the New North Middle School Ida B. Wells Middle). The motion was adopted, 9 yes, 0 no.
4) Approval of ANC 4B Office Space Use Agreement
Commissioner Parks moved to remove this item from the agenda. The motion was adopted, 8 yes, 0 no. Commissioner Redd abstained.
5) Approval of May Regular Public Meeting Minutes
Commissioner Johnson moved to approve the May Regular Public Meeting minutes. The motion was adopted, 9 yes, 0 no.

KeShawn Harris, representing the Mayor’s Office of Community Relations and Services, reported on Mayoral actions and events of interest to residents of Ward 4.

Laura Barclay, Executive Director, Old Takoma Business Association, provided an update on the Takoma Business District and proposed Takoma Commercial Infrastructure Committee.

16) Letter of Inquiry: Calling for Response to Concerns Regarding Use of Heavy Trucks on Aspen St, NW and Other Residential Streets
Commissioner Palmer presented a draft Letter of Inquiry calling for a response from government agencies regarding the use of heavy trucks on Aspen Street, NW, and other residential streets.
Commissioner Brooks moved to amend the draft Letter of Inquiry to include language regarding Blair Road, NW. The amendment was adopted, 8 yes, 0 no. Commissioner Redd absent.
